With the increasing number of advertisements associated in food consumption and options, people are grabbing the opportunity to make their eating lifestyle a convenient way rather than staying on the traditional habits of preparing and serving delicious meals at home. Teenagers and young adults are indulging in this cycle, especially which we are exposed in contemporary world where innovations and technologies make one’s life easier positively and negatively. This is the reason why Vegetarian Day is appointed and being celebrated on October 1, to continue the legacy that has been passed on to us. This is being inculcated to young ones that being vigorous and tough is part of balanced eating. So, be vegetarian today!
